I have an Inclusive Access course. What is this and how do I find out more?
Inclusive Access is a growing program where you are provided digital access to the course materials by the first day of class. You are automatically included as part of your course enrollment and you have complementary access to the materials during the Opt-Out period (through Friday of Week 2 for Fall, Winter or Spring). For those remaining in the program, you are then charged for the materials, at a discount, during 3rd week (Fall, Winter or Spring) directly to your Bruin Bill account. See our Inclusive Access webpage for complete details or email us at inclusiveaccess@asucla.ucla.edu

How will I get my course materials?
Course materials will be available in-store and online from the UCLA Store. You can also now also shop from the “UCLA Store Course Materials” link directly on your course website or from Textbooks at uclastore.com.

What delivery options are available?
We offer free in-store pickup. Multiple shipping options are also available for a fee. Check our website or the ASUCLA app for store hours.

Can I get a digital version of my textbook?
Yes! We have a large number of eBooks available on our website and all UCLA Store course readers are available in a digital format. Additionally, you can search all available eBooks from either of our eBook partners via our Textbook home page.

How can I charge book purchases to my BruinBill account?
For in-store purchases you simply need to indicate that you wish to charge the purchase to your BruinBill at the time of checkout.

For Online purchases, you need to include your Bruin ID number and a note in the “Special Instructions” box at checkout indicating you wish to charge the order to your BruinBill account. We will handle the rest! Please note, eBooks cannot be charged to your BruinBill account via online orders and that portion of your order will be charged to the credit card provided at checkout.

How can I return books if needed?
We have you covered! Since we need to get books back on the shelves as soon as possible, returns should be made in person directly at the store location from which you made your purchase. If you purchased online, check your packing slip or your in-store receipt for purchase location.

I have books to sell. How do I sell back my books?
Stop by any of our Textbook locations with your textbooks and we can quote and buyback your books on the spot! We also have an Online Buyback program with FREE shipping! Visit our Buyback Information page for details. Online textbook buyback quotes are valid for 30 days and included FREE shipping via a prepaid shipping label.
