Textbook Requisitions

Please contact 310-206-0776 or ackerman@asucla.ucla.edu for any issues related to a course adoption or requisition. The UCLA Store accepts textbook requisitions anytime, however following the deadline schedule ensures your textbooks will be available for the first day of class at the lowest possible prices.

If you would like to schedule a brief training session on our requisition system, please contact Kelly Goodman kgoodman@asucla.ucla.edu. It’s painless, informative, plus we’ll come to your office!

Textbook Submission deadlines:

Fall Quarter - submit by Friday of 10th week of Spring Quarter
Winter Quarter - submit by Friday of 4th week of Fall Quarter
Spring Quarter - submit by Friday of 4th week of Winter Quarter
Summer Quarter - submit by Friday of 4th week of Spring Quarter

Login Assistance

If you need to set up a log-in, or need assistance contact us at 310.206.0776 or email ackerman@asucla.ucla.edu. Select the class you wish to submit books for. Textbooks can be searched by author, title, or ISBN. Course readers or additional supplies may also be requested online.
