How long does it take to process and ship orders?

Please allow 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday) for order processing regardless of the shipping method chosen. Once shipped you should expect to receive your order within 2-10 business days. Please note that 2nd Day and Overnight services refer to business days (Monday-Friday).

Are all of the items guaranteed in stock?

We try to update the website as often as possible to reflect out of stock conditions. However, the ability to order an item does not guarantee that it will be in stock when your order is processed. You will be notified if an ordered item is not available.

How much is the shipping charge on orders?

The shipping charge depends on the total amount of the merchandise ordered as well as the shipping method chosen. The shipping charge tables can be viewed here.

What are the sizes of your clothing items?

Refer to product pages to find sizing information. These are approximate guidelines; sizes may vary depending on the manufacturer.

Why isn’t my size or color available on your site?

If you are unable to select a specific size or color, it typically means that the item is out of stock. Try checking back in 2 – 3 weeks to see if your size or color is available.

I can’t find a specific item on the website, are there items available that are not listed on the website?

The items that are currently shown on our website represent what is currently available to view and order online. There is a wider selection of merchandise available in the UCLA Store on the UCLA campus. Please visit our store if you are in the Los Angeles area for the largest selection of Bearwear.

How can I check the status of my order?

If you have registered for an account at UCLAstore.com, click on “My Account” and login with your email address and password. You can view the status of any orders that were made while you were signed in.You can also contact us at .800.UCLA.RAH (1.800.825.2724) or 1.310.206.8051 or at uclastore@asucla.ucla.edu with your name, order number, and a request for the status of your order. Our office hours are Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm.

How can I cancel or change my order?

You can cancel your order or make a change to it by contacting us at 1.800.UCLA.RAH (1.800.825.2724) or 1.310.206.8051 or at uclastore@asucla.ucla.edu as soon as possible after your order is placed with your name, order number, and a request for cancellation or a description of the requested change. Our office hours are Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm. We will do our best to cancel or modify your order, but we will not be able to complete the cancellation if your order has been processed or shipped.

How do I return or exchange an item, and what is your return/exchange policy?

Purchases may be returned or exchanged within 60 days of the date your order was shipped. Returned items must be in the original condition (tags attached, unused, intact packaging, etc.). We will gladly replace the merchandise or, if you prefer, issue a merchandise refund to the credit card you used for payment.  Please complete the white return/exchange form that was included with your order and include it with the item(s) you are returning.

I received a defective item or an incorrect item. What do I do?

Please contact our office at 310-206-8051 during our business hours (Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm) so that we can make arrangements for UPS to pick up the item. Once we receive the return an exchange order can be processed.

Can you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. We require a street address for all shipments.

What is your shipping method?

All shipments are via UPS. UPS cannot deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO (military) addresses.Please note that most international orders will have additional customs fees added upon delivery, and these fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
