SHIPPING INFORMATION
The order processing department is open Monday through Friday; we are closed on weekends and all campus holidays. Please allow 1-3 BUSINESS days for processing of your order in addition to shipping days, regardless of the shipping method chosen. Depending on the method of shipment chosen and the time your order was placed, you should expect to receive your order within 2-10 working days after it is shipped (check your account for order status). We are not responsible for any delay caused by the carriers such as poor climatic conditions or package mishandling.
Please be advised that we frequently try to update our website to reflect the items we have in stock and available. We apologize in advance if your order gets backordered or cancelled. The ability to order an item does not guarantee that it will be in stock when your order is processed.

International orders must be paid by VISA, Discover, MasterCard, American Express or in U. S. funds. We typically ship your order within five business days; delivery averages an additional week. Duties and taxes are your responsibility; please check with your local Customs Office. Please add $25.00 in addition to the standard shipping charges.
