Processing Times
Processing procedures may vary across different departments. It is advised to allocate additional time for processing requests, particularly during peak seasons, promotional campaigns, and special events.
Apparel & Accessories
Processing times for Apparel & Accessories may vary depending on the season. For all orders placed online, please note that there will be a processing time of 2-4 business days. Orders with Priority and Rush shipping will be shipped out as soon as possible. However, it is important to be aware that during peak seasons, these orders may also have a processing time of 2-4 days.
Computers
Call (310) 825-6952 for questions regarding processing and shipping times. International Shipping is not available for computer products.
Graduation Etc. & Campus Photo Studio
Professional photo prints require a processing time of 7-10 days, while digital images can be processed in 1 week or less. For orders of personalized items such as graduation sashes, please allow an additional 14 business days. Please note that commencement items and portraits are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for other items. Diploma frames are exclusively available for shipping within the contiguous USA.
Textbooks
Most course materials arrive on campus a few weeks before each term begins, please allow 1-3 days for online order processing of in-stock items. For order availability, pick up locations and other details, see Textbook Customer Service.
Shipping Carrier Options
Please note that the UCLA Store is not liable for any delays caused by the carrier due to weather conditions, purchaser address errors, or unforeseen events.
The transit times mentioned below do not include the processing times. They refer to the travel time once the item is scanned by the delivery service. Please note that there will be a processing time of 2-4 days to prepare the order for shipment. Orders with Priority and Rush shipping will be shipped out as soon as possible. However, it is important to be aware that during peak seasons, these orders may also have a processing time of 2-4 days.
All packages are dispatched with our preferred carrier, except for addresses located outside of our coverage area. All packages that fall outside of coverage area will be shipped using USPS. For any inquiries regarding carriers, please do not hesitate to reach out to The UCLA Store.
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided to give you updates and an estimated delivery date.

International Shipping
By placing an order, you agree to the following terms: The recipient is responsible for paying any additional duties or fees imposed by the destination country upon delivery. These costs can range from 30% to 150% of the total merchandise value. It is advisable to determine these costs before placing your order and notify the recipient, as they may be higher than expected. Please be aware that refused or canceled orders once shipped will be considered as an "abandoned package" and are not eligible for a refund.

An email notification will be sent indicating that your order is ready for pick up. Please refer to the Pick Up Location for hours and designated locations.
Please note:
- An ID is required at the time of pickup
- The order will only be released to individuals named on the order
- Pickup is only available for prepaid online orders
- Unclaimed apparel & accessory orders will be returned to stock after 7 days and a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Graduation Essential items will be refunded 7 days after the last scheduled graduation ceremony of the season.
- Personalized items and portraits are ineligible for a refund and will be responsibly destroyed.
- Unclaimed Textbooks will be donated after 30 days and are non-refundable (See Textbooks Customer Service).
